..Well Actually Chuck was suppose to Hop on this But you know him, dragging his dam Leg...Anyway,The Old Guy who Owns this Double Moms stay in is listing it for sale, he downsizing his Portfolio and is just flipping property instead of renting.He was gonna Even Finance for Chuck for a Year until he got his Business straight the Chuck could Transfer it to his Own Financing. Now, He was asking 10k down and 1,000 Month, FOR BOTH SIDES IN ONE..and That Included Insurance.. Now Moms Get LIL over 600 from Section 8 so that Means Even if He decided to stay on Other Side he would Only Have to add 4 Bills a Month to Pay note PLUS AND THIS IS THE BIG THING..HE WOULD BE BUYING HIS OWN PROPERTY..But If He would decide to rent it, In this Location I'm sure He could get Close to a Grand, PLUS MOMS Section 8 so That about 1,600 a Month..1g for Note and Extra 6 bills. Now, Moms Pays 800.00 NOW, Soshe Has to add 200.00 Cash with her section 8..So Whoever Bought it has to choices..well, 3 choices,The 3rd We're trying to Avoid..They could Buy the Place and Want to bring there OWN PEOPLE To live here or might wanna turn it into one place..I doubt that last part...2 They could Move in Next Door, Keep us at 800.00 a month and pay as little as 200.00 a month for their side to meet the note requirement.. Or they could rent it and one side would just about pay for the whole thing. Now Cam,The Main thing Beside the House Is the Amount of square footage..you've seen that Back yard..well.both sides are like that, there's enough room to build a small apartment complex back there..FAREAL...Anyway Just wanted to touch basis with you on that, It would be a steady source of income, The other side is Empty and I usually take care our own Maintenance ..except Big stuff Like Air conditioner Unit, which we have a Lifetime Warranty Own it.. Anyway Like I said It Could be a steady Source of Additional Income Plus, and to Be Honest. It would be Helping MOMS Out so she wont have to Move..Of course She would be willing to pay the Same rent..600.00 Section 8 and 200 cash or whatever..But chuck was gonna Stay over there and Just Pay the Difference with just the section 8..that was the whole purpose of him doing it PLUS He could later rent it out to Help pay for his Next House But it is what it is..

Someone came saw the property, Arab Guy, so, I know how they get down, He's probably gonna wanna do his own thing with his own people. Tho the Owner told Moms whoever Buys the House will Likely let her stay as a paying tenant, HE COULDN'T GUARANTEE THAN AND SURE IN THE HELL WASN'T GONNA MAKE IT A STIPULATION OF BUYING THE PLACE...That's me saying that..I know how folks do business..Business is Business...
